Think of this group coaching series as six weeks of anchoring your life through daily rhythms of nourishing food, quality light, somatic movement, strength building, and stress resilience.

It’s easy to skip over what sounds too simple to make a real difference. After all, eating breakfast and going to bed at a decent hour don’t sound all that sexy. 

But when you get consistent with the foundations, you discover a rootedness, an anchoring to your life that builds resilience. 

We’ll dive deep into the WHAT (practical action steps with every lesson) and the WHY (you’ll understand the reasoning behind it all), but we’ll mostly focus on the HOW in this series (quality, timing, strategy, state of being, rhythm in life). 

This is NOT a program that just adds more to your list of “healthy things to do” or ties you down with rigid rules. 

Living an anchored life means consistently practicing the simple, foundational rhythms and routines that provide the bedrock for actual wellbeing in a life that you enjoy living.

The Sessions

We meet on Zoom Tuesdays from 11a-12:30p Central (Join live or watch later)

We begin with a 30 minute mvmnt session followed by a 30-45 minute presentation on that week’s topic. We’ll end with an open Q&A and the potential to volunteer for a personalized case study assessment on the call. 

Mvmnt sessions are for all fitness levels and include mobility, bodyweight exercises, breath integration, and low-impact cardio in some sessions.  

Join the calls live to get the most out of the series. But if you can’t make it, don’t worry! Recordings will be posted inside our dedicated group for you to watch later. Find community support and encouragement there as well.
