FAQs

What’s included in your website membership?

The monthly membership gives you 24/7 access to my entire library of on-demand workouts. You can choose from barre, mobility, stretch, strength training, and low-impact cardio of varying lengths. Also included is a 90 minute video training on how to Fuel Your Mvmnt™ which includes downloadable resources like the Nutrition Quickstart Guide and a collection of recipes. Ask questions of me and connect with the Mvmnt Community in a private online group.

What kind of diet do you promote? Keto, carnivore, plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, intermittent fasting, etc?

None of those. 😉 I teach you the foundational building blocks for a biologically appropriate approach to nourishing your body. This approach prioritizes bioavailable animal protein, easy-to-digest & mineral-rich carbohydrates, and saturated fats.

Do I need a bunch of equipment for your workouts?

Nope! Most workouts can be done with almost nothing but yourself. Equipment that is occasionally used includes light hand weights (1-3 pounds), a medium length resistance band, small sponge ball, and/or heavier free weights (5-10 pounds).

Are you going to sell me a bunch of supplements in your program?

Definitely not. I may recommend a couple helpful supplements or tools (and may receive an affiliate commission), but for the most part I actually advocate against the use of most supplements and take a food- and lifestyle-first approach instead.

Do you do lab testing like Dutch panels or HTMAs?

I don’t, but I’m happy to refer you to those that do. With me, you’ll build the solid foundations of wellness that are necessary before adding specialized therapies or protocols. They won’t work nearly as well (if at all) without these foundations in place first!

Will I lose weight following this approach?

You might! But for the most part, we’re going to let the body determine when it feels safe and ready to find a healthy weight. We prioritize the nervous system, the overall metabolism, and hormone balance first.
