I’m Glad You’re Here
I’m Lori Winter. A student of life and a teacher at heart. It took me a while, but I eventually came to realize that even the natural health and food industries have their own set of trends, gimmicks, and revolving doors that lead nowhere. This shift has also informed my approach to fitness and exercise. It looks like nourishing food and movement, herbal medicine, grounding, sunshine, and regular rhythms of rest.
