Sun: Cup Filler Appointment + Food Prep

Here we are again at the start of another week! What does this week look like for you? Take a minute to pause and decide when you will fill your cup in the midst of the activity and work of the week.

Then let’s do some food prep! “Present You” may grumble about it (I know I do sometimes), but “Future You” will be incredibly thankful. 😉

One of our lessons this past week was on Digestion. We learned several practical ideas and action steps to support our digestive system in many different ways.

Today, let’s pick one (or more!) of the following to prepare for this week:

  • Make a big batch of bone broth. You can freeze some too!
  • Grate a bunch of carrots (or peel in ribbons). Cover with water in a glass jar and store in the fridge for daily carrot salads.
  • Cook up rice and/or potatoes for prebiotic support in your Bowl of Stuffâ„¢ concoctions through the week.
  • Gel up a pan of Fruity Gelatin Gummies. These make a great accompaniment to any meal or snack (including the bedtime variety).
  • Pre-chop veggies like bell peppers, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, winter squash, etc. so they are easy to pull out of the fridge and toss into the frying pan or onto a baking sheet.

Check in with me below and let me know how things are going for you!
